Baking some more recipes from the Christmas chapter of book 2. There is a lot of pineapple in this tropical fruit cake and I also put in pineapple juice instead of brandy/rum. YUM! I also used Parisian essence which makes the cake darker. I had never even heard of it before. What a strange product! :) I think I will really like this cake.
